Executive Coaching

Personal Workflow Coaching
Personal Workflow Coaching is a customized one-on-one program that gets people current with their "stuff," installs an effective input-handling process, and implements leak-proof formats to maintain control.

Usually implemented in a one or two-day format, privately at desk-side, the program processes real workflow--current and backlogged, and organizes the results into an efficient and practical system tailored to the individual.

Designed initially to assist top executives to get and stay in control of overwhelming volumes of information and actionable materials, the program is appropriate for all levels of professionals who are handling increasing levels of communications and responsibilities. The coaching takes into consideration the specific nature of the individual's work requirements, current working tools and procedures, and interaction with others in the external environment.

The flow and tracking of paper and electronic communications, meetings, phone and voice mail, and project support material, is processed and evaluated. Weaknesses in the current procedures and systems are assessed and real improvements are often implemented immediately, resulting in a fully integrated and customized workflow system.

At the end of Workflow Coaching, all outstanding work will be organized, with a natural tracking system that meshes with job requirements, as well as an individual's style. Invariably participants report greatly enhanced productivity, prioritization, relaxation, control, and sense of completion and achievement.
