Choosing responses on core values vs. reactive behavior
The four communication styles
Active listening

As a result of this workshop participants will be able to:

Understand their natural communication style
Develop understanding about the other communication styles
Learn the language most likely to be "heard" by colleagues, bosses and others
Learn the strengths and weaknesses of the four communication styles
